高低压成套设备维修知识

1、高低压配电柜
1. High and low voltage distribution cabinet
(1)定期检查各柜内是否有虫鼠活动的痕迹,定期进行诱杀。
(1) Regularly check whether there are traces of insect and mouse activities in each cabinet, and trap and kill them regularly.
(2)检查各警告牌、检修牌摆放位置是否正确。
(2) Check whether the warning boards and maintenance boards are placed correctly.
(3)检查应急工具、灯具是否齐全、正常,摇把及熔断器手柄是否齐全。
(3) Check whether the emergency tools and lamps are complete and normal, and whether the rocker and fuse handle are complete.
(4)检查电缆接头有无发热变色(一般都为银色),接地线有无锈蚀(焊接点是否正常)。
(4) Check whether the cable joint is heated and discolored (generally silver) and whether the grounding wire is rusted (whether the welding point is normal).
(5)检查电容柜内的电容器外壳是否良好,有无渗漏、膨胀情况,指示灯是否良好。
(5) Check whether the capacitor shell in the capacitor cabinet is in good condition, whether there is leakage and expansion, and whether the indicator light is in good condition.
(6)检查各电容器外壳接地线接触情况。
(6) Check the grounding wire contact of each capacitor shell.
(7)做好各柜休的保洁除尘工作。

(8)检查各柜体的风扇工作情况。

2、一级维护
2. Primary maintenance
(1)检查母线及其下引线是否牢固。
(1) Check whether the bus and its lower lead are firm.
(2)检查二次回路接线是否牢固,熔断器是否完好以及绝缘电阻的摇测。
(2) Check whether the secondary circuit wiring is firm, whether the fuse is intact and the shake measurement of insulation resistance.
(3)电容柜的检查:断开空气开关不带电容时对电容器控制器进行动作试验,应先合的先断,后合的后断,对过压保护,欠流保护、投切门限值进行调整。

(6)检查各软起动器、变频器的紧固件是否可无松动。

3、二级维护

(1)检查抽屉式开关推入或抽出是否灵活,其机械闭锁可靠,接触器触头是否良好。
(1) Check whether the drawer switch is pushed in or pulled out flexibly, its mechanical locking is reliable, and whether the contactor contact is in good condition.
(2)检查断路器内各刀口弹力是否正常,灭弧装置是否完好。
(2) Check whether the knife edge elasticity in the circuit breaker is normal and whether the arc extinguishing device is intact.
(3)检查各电缆头接线螺母是否紧固。
(3) Check whether the wiring nuts of each cable head are fastened.
(4)将受电柜和联络柜的主开关断开后,用专用摇把摇出或摇出应灵活,各互感器等二次接线头接触良好紧固无松动,一、二次线路无霉变。
(4) After disconnecting the main switch of the power receiving cabinet and the contact cabinet, shake it out or shake it out flexibly with a special crank. 4、进线开关的日常保养
4. Daily maintenance of incoming switch
(1)检查设备的清洁程度,使用清洁的干布擦掉任何灰尘和油迹,可能的情况下可使用非腐蚀性洗涤剂。
(1) Check the cleanliness of the equipment, wipe off any dust and oil stains with a clean dry cloth, and use non corrosive detergent if possible.
(2)检查设备铭牌是否完好。使用清洁干布半角这些铭牌清洁干净。
(2) Check whether the equipment nameplate is intact. Use a clean dry cloth to clean these nameplates.
(3)擦掉灰尘、霉菌和氧化物,同时也要清洁抽出式断路器的固定部分内部。确保断路器室内无异物。
(3) Wipe off dust, mold and oxides, and clean the inside of the fixed part of the withdrawable circuit breaker. Ensure that there is no foreign matter in the circuit breaker room.
(4)用清洁干的布清除断路器边线及母线上的灰尘或污垢。
(4) Clean the dust or dirt on the circuit breaker sideline and bus with a clean and dry cloth.
(5)确认用于端子连接的螺栓都正确地紧固,确认端子上没有局部过热的迹象。通过观察接触部分的颜色是否改变可以识别出是否发热,接触部分通常都是银白色。
(5) Confirm that the bolts used for terminal connection are tightened correctly, and confirm that there is no sign of local overheating on the terminal. Whether the contact part is hot can be identified by observing whether the color of the contact part changes. The contact part is usually silver white.
(6)检查滑动触点或端子排上的线缆是否牢固。
(6) Check whether the cable on the sliding contact or terminal block is secure.
